I love how Stan is humble enough to embrace someone else's wild interpretation of his own creation. Refreshing perspective in comparison to more recent legends like Frank Miller and Alan Moore.

Me too. It's awesome how he enjoys it and gives his approval while other authors would be angry and arrogantly dismissive.

@@kingslowbrafas292 Fuck off, Stan Lee is always credited as co-creator. Any outlet or newbie fan that lists him as the sole creator of these characters are ignorant and that's on them for not doing their research. Don't get mad at Stan for other people's ignorance.

Who else wants to see a reboot of Toei's Spiderman?
@kkentertainment52799 жыл бұрын
JulioToyReviews andFilms YEAH! Since Toei has brought back the Space Pigs and Kikaider Supaidaman should come back too! Marvel would probably be willing to work with Toei again since they let them use Supaidaman for Spider Verse, the main issue is Sony, they still own the movie rights to Spider-Man and are only letting Marvel use him as long as they get a final say, I doubt they'd want to let Toei do Supaidaman and Toei seems to be rebooting their old shows with movies since Kamen Rider and Super Sentai take up Super Hero Time and I doubt they'd want to have to do 3 50 episode weekly shows a year, so it's kinda hard to do, if Sony were to finally lose the rights to Spider-Man fully then we could have it!

+KKEntertainmentofficialyoutubechannel What would be REALLY interesting is the Original US Spider-man wondering who the heck this guy in Japan was, stealing his shtick-- and for cripes sake, a GIANT ROBOT? And conning JJJ to sending Peter Parker to japan to find out just what the heck is going on. "Oh, man, the web has just gotten weirder." "Hai, honto ne?"

Ironically enough the international movie rights to Spider-Man are with another Japanese firm...Sony. Though sadly that's why Toei can't make any movies, anyway they have their own universe of heroes to manage. Still, we can only dream that Leopardon will appear again someday. Heck there would be no Megazords in Power Rangers if it wasn't for Leopardon. :D

And I'll bet poor Stan is totally oblivious to the fact that this helped to inspire Super Sentai and that some guy he he's company hired in the 80's to produce music for his companies cartoon productions, talked to Toei about an adaptation of Super Sentai in English, after Marvel failed to bring it to the American market, then talked to another former Marvel Productions employee who was now president of Fox Kids with this idea, loved said idea and that became Power Rangers? Still it also makes you wonder what would have happened if he had met Shotaro Ishinomori too?
@redkite19086 жыл бұрын
Probably not as oblivious as you'd think. While he never met Ishinomori, he Did meet up with the actor for the Show Kamen Rider Drive, who's a pretty big Marvel Fan. So at the very least, he may have had an idea.
@David3158424 жыл бұрын
@@redkite1908 Probably not? I don't think he met Haim Saban , though he may have known about his involvement, well at least he would have known that he created Power Rangers, but Stan may have been oblivious to the fact that it originally evolved from Marvel and Toei's earlier co-production to begin with, something which they succeeded to do, while they failed to do so themselves.
