That car is an EASY low 8 second car, and likely could hit high 7's as well. BB Kyle's Mr2 hits high-mid 7's pretty easily on a similar setup, only he is RWD, but the weight and chassis is similar. I think Kyle runs about 40lb-50lbs tho when he hits 7s.. His PB was like 60psi if I remember correctly and I think he ran what, like 7.4 or 7.3?

@zachattack8860 on a cast block 70+ psi is a massive amount of boost. The billet K series seem to do pretty well tho at 70psi+. The valvetrain ends up being the weak point then.

That car is an EASY low 8 second car with slipper. I just ran 8.9 @156 in my Dc5 and its probably a good 300lbs heavier.. I also was probably only making in the 850whp range as well.. I make a little more torque and have less top end, so not sure how a built K24 will compare to a K20 at the track. I also dont have a Sequential... On a perfect track and on a perfect pass, he could hit 7's.

Hear that miss thats where he opened up the oxygen sensor in another window like a map and you have to fine tune it where in hondata you can really just tune 1 2 3 on haltech it has a bunch but you have to get them to work together iif it had vtec i just like it better 5:47

The way the car is setup now, it doesnt really need anything crazy... It got vtec Killer cam setup and its probably a nightmare to drive on the street... All he really needs is a chute and some good pads for the track... Of course a big boy brake setup is cool and wouldnt really hurt, but not really sure how necessary it is.. My Dc5 is 800whp and it does just fine on the Stock Type R brembo's with just a high-friction semi-metallic pad. I do use a chute at the track tho. I ran 8.9 @156 in October.

Yeah totally understand on the drag strip yeah, but it's is used on the street also even at 700hp it would help a little not because of the car but other drivers on the road. You always get the one person who will break check you. My 800bhp impreza has 8 pots big rotate set up and it's been a life saver.
