this here just what i needed. i rolled my ankle hardcore 9 days ago going for the kickflip into a pretty steel gap and landed at the bottom and as my board leveld out with the surface my front foot slipped of and right under th eboard and then everything went straight to hell!! i've just done some of the stretchings for my ankle and foot and it feels really really good now :) hoping to be back in business within a month :) thanks for awesomeo videos mr,dr

I sprain my ankle about month ago and your exercises helped alot thanks..but their is still some swelling around my ankle is that normal???what can I do to completely reduce the swelling???

holy shit dude... that sucks.. i also skate and im taking a break cuz of my ankle.. but im not stopping
