Excellent design and interior. Liked the video. Tried to download PDF as suggested, but warned that it is a malicious website and had abondon the efforts. So many sliding doors are a security hazard for the residents and property. Most of the WC shown are wall mounted. Could be a new trend l suppose. Most of the spaces like living room and bedrooms would need heavy duty Air conditioning, may be 2ton Air conditioners would be needed. Over all a very good work. Regards

A challenge for you A 12.6 x 60 ft house plan North facing Back side half open in left looking from front. Ground floor whole hall/Parking area going 4 ft downwards from road. Staircase from back side. First floor shop with front stairs. On second floor and above. 3 bhk. At least two rooms should be larger. Two rooms with attach bathroom. 1 kitchen with dining area, pooja area, Drawing room. With decent interior.

The area of my plot is 2000 sqft or 50 by 40 Requirments - • Bedrooms - Total 4 • Gaming room - 1 • Terrace garden - 1 • Washroom - 4 • Pooja area - 1 • OTS - 2 • Modular kitchen - 1 • Laundry area - 1 • Fotuner size car parking of 2 cars Requirments for interior are - 1 bedroom should be of pink theme with butterfly ceiling and study table for my daughter and 1 bedroom should be on car theme with study table for my son. master and guest bedroom should have walk in closet. son's and daughter's bedroom should have normal closet.Tv should be provided with a modern TV unit in master and guest bedroom.Modular kitchen should have breakfast table. Pooja area should have a seperate and medium space with modern design. Terrace Garden should have a pergola with jacuzzi or swwiming pool. Washroom should be premium with marble. Stairs should be of modern design. Tufunnd glass should be used of covering of stairs and stairs should be inside. There should be a seperate space for our husky.And at the last house should be vastu complihent. Interior should be premium plz For interior I will give you 50 lacs and for construction I will give 50 lacs. And if possible make a basment gym for which I will pay you 10 lacs extra. And if possible floor shold be of italian marble. Please accept. Thank you.
