Amazing design.... Loved it. Can you make plan for 33*35 plot south facing without parking. 2 side others property.(west & north) Corner plot with extra parking. Build up area= 30*32 **requirements** 1-Main gate should be opening east side. 2-Kitchen in southeast direction. 3- toilet- northwest side 3- 1bhk on ground floor & 2 bedroom on 1st floor

sir, a luxury house like this must have attached toilets with bedrooms in first floor bedroom-4 width can be reduced from 19ft 5 in to accomodate a attached toilet OTS[Open To Sky] area first floor can be made into a veranda for drying clothes

As a subscriber of yours I request you to make a houseplan for 18x52 feet it should consist of -3 bedroom (master bedroom should be at the ground floor) -4 bathroom (1 common at ground floor and other three should be attached with bedrooms) - kitchen -living area - dining area - pooja area (at ground floor) This plan should be west facing With three side house.I want proper ventilation in the house .It should be a modern house .And last but not the least car parking should be at the left side of the house (if seen from road)........ please make this plan possible 🙏🙏🙏🙏
