The look of astonishment and sadness on Xiahou Dun's face as he turns to see Cao Cao and then falls to his knees in grief is really sad to watch. Normally I think the cutscenes in these games are a bit mediocre and the acting could use improvement, but this scene is truly magnificent.

Xiahou Dun was never this popular in the novel, but in game he was beside Cao every cutscene, they kinda replaced Cao Ren with him in the game.

I was like, how the heck does he just talk so calmly and then fall dead suddenly? Like, what the heck killed him like that? A heart attack would probably be more intense and less calm... I looked into how he actually died though and apparently it says "head disease" supposedly... No idea wtf that means... Now I just have more questions... But I guess that means it's possible...

I'm assuming brain tumor if it's just cited as head disease.....it possibly could be he is still alive but had gotten paralyzed therefore appeared fully dead until his functions ceased and then he died and this is the moment the paralyzation happened because perhaps the tumor got too large in his head for his brain to function....That's my belief
