Even though too long.. but u hv covered every minute detail which is essential in a flat. especially d diemsions of room/balcony/kitchen n bathrooms. its d most crucial aspect which most presenters dont cover. also applaud to the builder.. he knows every inch of what he has made. again a unique trait. generally builders dont know room sizes of their own property or they simply carry a blueprint to check d details. nice video 👍 also

No doubt property is good …. Outside societies no market no school …no metro …. Price is pretty expensive.

When CAM charges are Rs 2.90 psft at present with less than 50% occupancy and builder is okay with this CAM rates, then in case of full occupancy, how builder can charge more CAM charges than present???

What are the charges per unit for DG Power? Can owner put his own Battery Inverter at own cost and disconnect from DG Power Supply ??

DG charges are dynamic basis the market price. I am hearing for the first time that someone would use inverter in luxury apartments Satish ji. Anyways it's a personal choice, I suppose one may do it.

@@DwarkaExpressway In Casabella Sector 82, normal DHBVN power rates are Rs. 5.25 per unit and DG Power rates Rs 35.40 per unit. Frequency of power cut is too much. Also builder always say that even with so high rates of DG Power Unit, he is facing losses while running DG Set. But not permitting use/installation of Inverter. So when during DG Power supply, both supplier and users are facing losses, then why builder is banning use n installation of Inverter power back up???

Nearly $1 Million dollar is price, if you buy similar property in Mumbai or Canada it will cost you somewhere $10 Million USD. A big NO is Gurgaon, which crime rate is 67% and denger of Jatt and Gujjar! Unfortunately many Jatt or Gujjar selling their land and moving into such luxury society is also big concern of safety.

No offence Prakhar but the questioms you ask sometimes show your naiveness and inexperience in real estate (specially appartment societies)... Some questions are very foolish for a premium project... 🙂 But those are something which will come with experinece as we all used to ask those... 😀 Anyways, keep up the good work...
