👍👍 . Hi Prakhar. There is no flyover from Gurgaon to connect on UER2. Don't you think it should have been considered by NHAI for smooth connectivity . One has to travel coming from Gurgaon towards UER2 on surface road besides yashobhoomi and then take a left still on Surface road which already have so much traffic and then merge on UER2 surface road just before the drain.. Is there any plan for this in future ..thx

This is the feedback I got from DMRC on Yashoobhoomi Parking after putting it on PGPORTAL - With reference to the subject complaint, it is to inform that DMRC has already submitted the proposal of development of the parking facility to DDA for acquisition of land. It is submitted that DMRC has already requested to DDA many times vide letters dated 11.10.2023, 16.04.2024, 17.09.2024 and latest on 14.11.2024. Further, as requested by DDA, the requisite map/GIS image indicating the location with coordinates and location of existing Yashobhommi Dwarka Sector-25 Metro Station was also submitted on 16.04.2024. Reply of DDA in this matter is awaited.

So it is a modern day old age home that a person buys for himself Why r u calling a society when the representative of the builder himself said FAMILY/CHILDREN "CAN" COME N LIVE HERE FOR A PERIOD OF TIME It is certainly a old age home ,a good old age home that i saw in Florida n some other cities OF USA,good concept but plz call spade a spade

@DwarkaExpressway can't agree more ,infact i think every indian state must have 20+ projects like this) atleast) but this is kalyug prakhar,there are few concepts like this in texas n hawai (USA) where there exploit old people in clever ways n that's why i am sceptical, But these things are inevitable ACTUALLY M HAPPY THAT THIS PROJECT EXIST IN INDIA N SO CLOSE TO DELHI n my favourite person on reality sector(you) covered it 🙏 God bless u

Is there any traffic study conducted for this project, I observed that massive vehicle ownership will be there and hope its not follow the Gurgaon model because it will be worse due to limited development in 200 Acres. As usual, thanks to Prakhar Ji for enlighting about this project ..

It's a massive 200 acres township Annaindian ji, when ever such townships are planned there are multiple studies and soil testing etc carried out based on which the planning is done. Not only the internal roads are aligned basis the traffic study carried out for entire project, even the width of all internal roads have been layed out in reference to it. Wow, this looks like such a peaceful escape! The lush greenery and mountain views are exactly what I’ve been looking for, especially with the fresh air quality at 50, such a contrast to the pollution in Delhi that is just getting worse by the day.
