Der intelligente und erfahrene Dirigent leitet das ausgezeichnete Barockorchester im angemessenen Tempo und mit angenehmer Dynamik. Einfach wunderschön!

Love the Running Cello(s)! And with the Oboe's countering...Bach always wrote for those two to sing to each other...the Arioso is another example- They did a great job here- mature musicality!

this is a strange recording for me: everything is at its place (phrasing, curation, decent interpreters, expert conductor) but it somehow feels static and kind of lifeless to me. also, the microphones do not seem to be ideally placed (which might contribute to the effect)
