One of the most difficult and technical piano works to play since the dawn of time, as it combines the need for tremendous technical mastery with a divine musicality and ability to nuance ... mastered in an incredible way once again by Kathia, who is a pure dazzler.

Nothing less than sublime. In many ways it is for me one of the most moving works to be added to the classical genre.

Oh the humanity! That was a masterful performance. When listening to this I wonder why life so hard for so many. For a moment it all seems so perfect then alas it's over.

When I was 13 my mother's friend took me to the Royal Albert Hall to hear classical music. I've no memory of which piece. That became a regular event. Throughout the years we saw Hairstyle competitions, Bob Dillon, The Royal Symphony Choir and many others. I now live in Kingston, Ontario because for 53 years I have not lived close enough to go to the symphony. The Kingston Symphony is why I moved to the interesting town.

Yunchan said in '22 he didn't know if he was capable of playing like Bill Evans, well he was being humble (again). His improvisatory talents are as great as his pianistic.
