Weightloss is a journey in itself. Healthy habits and lifestyle can make you loose weight so easily. I took 2 week 1000 & 2 week 2000 jump rope challenge just with a 15 - 30 minutes workout you can loose upto 5 kgs in a month which is awesome 👌. Instead of just thinking we should be little active and we can loose weight slowly. We should not follow crash diet instead eat fresh homemade food and quit Packaged Food, junk food, fried food and sweets for healthy weightlosW

Hi Derpti. It's been just a week that I've come across your workout videos. And I am just loving them. So, the problem is, otherwise too I am 35 years old, a mother of two kids, 12 and 8 years and m really an active person, yoga, walk. And the food I eat too is always simple..no fried. But I eat loooot of sweets. If not market ki mithai...ghar ka ghee gud, churma, halwa, maalpu...what not. I've tried to substitute them with dates but all in vain. I feel really weak if I don't take heavy meetha, I am not able to concentrate on my work until I eat it. The impact comes on my stomach and bust. The rest whole body is fit.

Madam aapane bahut hi Gajab Ka diet plan bataya Hai ismein Ham bol bhi nahin Honge aur Har din ek naya khana kha sakte hain iske liye aapka bahut bahut dhanyvad Mein Moti hun mera vajan 90 kg hai mujhe kam karna hai lekin mein khana Chhod Nahin Shakti Mujhe sabji Roti khane ki Aadat hai
