I bet all able builders are somewhere else building or fighting... so ''doing something is always better than nothing'' and that's what these kids are doing... ''something'' something important!...

Millions of college students would love to rebuild Ukraine for college credits towards architectural and engineering degrees - millions of American retirees would love to live in Ukraine with lower prices spending those SSI checks - overnight a whole new service industry created in Ukraine - those college students with those degrees some will stay and become Ukrainians - boosting Ukraine's productivity - scrap steel everywhere needs to made into tools and equipment - boom times ahead for Ukraine

In Kyiv fad for techno has faded around 2016 tbh. There's much more electro sound and last fad - 130bpm ish amen-breakbeats. I mean you can call it techno, but times of all-night long acid/industrial techno are gone. And it's not like time is stuck (unlike some other music places 😉 ), so sound is constantly changing. But yeah, nothing new has been done in years within this genre
