There are a LOT of videos demo'ing this pedal, but this one, above all others, sold me on this pedal.

Thanks Dweezil. So glad you have carried on your Dad's work. I saw him perform many times and was a fan from the 60's. He is sorely missed. Gonna go out and get one of those H9s. I have a 1970 SG I got after I saw Frank playing one. Should be great for it! Cheers.

There are hours of lost lifetime in all these bizarre special effects you could use to sound track a space cartoon. I play classic rock! So historically the A/B controls on the Factor pedals made it hard to access the patch you wanted or were inspired to grab on the fly. You toggled up only and that meant if you clicked past your patch..!! The really big improvement here is the Bluetooth control. You tweek your patch name it and on the list screen as your “pedals”. Most of the stock patch’s are way over the top so you mix them down and then save them. You can reorder them back to the pedal so they appear in order but I keep an old iPhone 6 clipped to the mike stand. No pedal touch’s the H9. Inspiring delays, Reverbs and mods (rotary with foot pedal control) especially. The drive/distortion patch’s to my ear don’t measure against the pedals I own or the Fractal amp models and I haven’t used them. Since you are likely to mix maybe 10 pedals I am not sure you need the Max. You can upload a patch you want. This is a work in progress for me but the practical improvement and the mix down to earth features and Bluetooth make the H9 a citizen on my board.

Nice to see such a creative pedal actually used by a creative musician, many of the reviews include blues lick noodling with synth sounds and that I don't like so much :)

Hello. Great video! Did you use a something like a Digitech Freq Out for the endless sustain, as demonstrated in some of the examples?

Michael Bennett looked like he has an EBow cupped in his hand - look for the red dot on the body of his guitar as the give away.

I think the neck pickup is a Fernandes Sustainiac. That's why there are 2 switches on the lower part of his guitar. Once for pickup selection and the other to turn on the sustainiac.

Can confirm it was a Sustainiac. He also has them in his blue fretless electric.

nice pedal. But i think ill go for Mobius. Currently having a G-system which is big and chunky. You can get the same sounds in a box that is 1/8 size of the pedal board i have. Technology is surely going forward fast in the pedal market.

+Guitar Tricks I know this is a two year old video, but are these presets or customized ones created with each algorithm?
@CarlKingdom4 жыл бұрын
If I recall, it was a combination -- Dweezil spends days programming his own effects settings into these H9s and Fractals for his tours. He most likely did small tweaks on any Presets we used.

Nishel Lavey Says the tosspot who brought mention of fucking Pukediepie on a Zappa video. That also deserves a horse whipping. You conquered Mount Imbecile the day you were born.

Nishel Lavey Good God, you need to get out into the world! Your vocabulary is sadly limited. Nobody forced you to post your shill link on a completely unrelated video. So, tough shit, you get the lack of respect you deserve for pushing morons like PukeDiePie on a Zappa video.
