Although I've lived in Hamburg for almost ten years, I've only visited once. That market is for partygoers and extremely early risers, I'm not one of those 😁

Meine Tante taught me that skill when I was still 8 y.o. I’m 53 now. I still retain the persuasion technique and has been employing the people skill since.

I love Hamburg dearly, but I hate people yelling at me, so I would absolutely crumple in this environment! I will always be down for a waterfront Fischbrötchen, though.

Gosh. Every time I see Brad and the other presenters, I miss running into DW peeps in random bars in Bonn during my studies. Greetings from Ghana. Love the content!

Good job! Fish markets are always super early. I guess they don't do a fish auction like in Japan.

Market criers on their own aren't really unique. I live hundreds of kilometres away from Hamburg and here you'll also see many market criers on weekly markets, flea markets and even regular fruit and vegetable stores.

Maybe they are unique for northern Germany. Because we are more of the quiet sort of people, usually 😌
