It’s weird to see, in any city the cops go WAY out of their way to avoid touching a female subject. No way I would, and he has no body cam going either. Dash cam is “okay”, but not when it comes to women crying SA!

The woman was in desperate need of help ... before she hurt herself and others. She got it when stopped by ASP and the incident was handled very thoughtfully. Hopefully she'll get more help once she returns to her life/home.

I drink sometimes at home in the evenings out on my shop with no issues. But I was offered a so called CBD gummy. Just one. I'm a 230lb 45yr old man and I chewed it up and swallowed it and 15minutes after I couldn't even get to my house 50ft away. No way I would even think about driving. Could barely walk. Not for me. She could have killed someone or a family. Anyone.

The policeman was so very kind and patient with her. And she was nice also. Its just a shame she drove like that. I am surprised she didn't get in an accident and kill herself or some poor innocent person. Thank God for miracles.

@@lynnehuff9659 They have a 1 or so hour onset so they can sneak up on you if you aren't careful. Best is NOT to drive after eating one unless it's like a 5 to 10 minute drive home. If you have NO tolerance, even 1 gummy (containing roughly 10 mg of D9 THC) can markedly impair you.

Well in addition to her DWI charges she can add possession of a controlled substance. No Med card=charges. And that much, depending on the DA, she might get charged with intent to distribute as well. Probably a weapons charge if that they go that route as well. Her life either got kinda complex, or really, really complex, depending. Obviously a slow night in Montgomery county as the deputies had all kinds of time to just hang out. (That said...most nights there go from slow to dead, normally. It ain't a hot spot of crime or night life.)

Am I missing something? This automobile was parked on the side of the road and the troop K highway patrol parked behind the parked vehicle. Apparently this woman wasn't driving the vehicle when the highway patrol vehicle stopped behind the vehicle? It appears she had parked because she was tired and unable to drive and continue to her destination where ever that might be? Unless she admits that she was driving she wasn't driving after she became impaired. My point is don't admit anything when talking with any police. She may be charged with having controlled substances if she don't have a prescription for the the product.

I'm missing the legal P.C., but I did see an illegal search and seizure, kidnapping, and false imprisonment. As we see it as it is, the traffic stop was illegal to begin with. No traffic violations. She did nothing illegal for the stop. Therefore, anything after that is inadmissible. I hope she sues them for all they have. Any 1st year law student can see past the b.s.
