Respected ma'am I hope you will solve my query i have made a example which given in below ABC Company deals in goods that require weighing before invoicing, as per the provisions of the GST Act. However, the weighbridge is located 50 kilometers away. According to Section 31 of the CGST Act, 2017, an invoice must be issued before or at the time of removal of goods for supply to the recipient. Additionally, as per the provisions of the GST Act, the requirement for the generation of an e-way bill is governed by Section 68 of the CGST Act, 2017, which mandates the generation of an e-way bill for the movement of goods exceeding a certain value, as specified by the government. Given this, how can ABC Company comply with the invoicing requirements and the generation of an e-way bill when they can't invoice before weighing the goods?
