Thanks Don, it's very useful and an out-of-the-box use case. What do you think about extending this to ED triage categorization and assisting providers by presenting a care plan (or protocol) based on the patient's medical history and current diagnosis?

Presenting a care plan goes further into clinical decision support than this use case. So the safety concerns and accuracy requirements go way way up. But a start could be choosing from established protocols and order sets based on organizational guidelines. Something like that could be useful and be more connecting the dots between the patient situation and established care plans, than providing unrestricted clinical guidance.
