She has Type 1 not the same. But yes Type 2 diet & Exercise you can reverse it!

Hi! A reminder that not everyone who develops Type II diabetes lives an unhealthy lifestyle. There are genetic components and many risk factors. No reason to build on the stigmas those individuals already face. ❤
