DX Gotchardriver -Daybreak version- Demo and Review | Kamen Rider Gotchard

A video of me unboxing the DX Gotchardriver -Daybreak ver.-. This was the belt that Future Houtaro (and eventually Houtaro himself) used to transform into Kamen Rider Gotchard Daybreak and Kamen Rider Gotchard Ultima Steamhopper respectively. How does it compare to the original?
The DX Gotchardriver Daybreak ver. comes with:
1 x Gotchardriver Daybreak Unit, with belt straps and belt cover
6 x Ride Chemy cards (Daybreak Hopper1, Daybreak Steamliner, Shining Hopper1, Shining Steamliner, Ultima Hopper1, Ultima Steamliner)

Overall thoughts:
If you already own the original Gotchardriver...it's hard to recommend getting this. The Daybreak version is essentially a recolor with two new sounds - sounds and lights are carried over from the original with no modifications whatsoever, and the Daybreak version actually "breaks" some combinations to insert the two new sounds, replacing the "Special", "Extra", "Hopper101" and "Gigantliner" sounds that were in the original. Given how Gigantliner actually pairs with quite a few things, the sounds for them now feel a bit mismatching. Paying over 9,000 yen (probably higher now since it'll be at aftermarket prices) for a recolored belt with two new sounds is a very, very hard sell. If you have the original, don't get this unless you absolutely need the new Ride Chemy trading cards.
If you do NOT own the original and don't mind the mismatching sounds, it's fine to get this! The color scheme on this is much better, and the mechanism feels more well-built. Having said that......the original Gotchardriver is on clearance prices as of this writing (and even if not, the retail price is half the premium price). The red and chrome look really good...but I'm not sure I can confidently claim that it's good enough to pay premium prices for it.

Dx Gotchardriver daybreak ver design look more cool to me then the original dx gotchardriver. Dx gotchardriver daybreak ver sounds and LED be same as original one that disappointed the only new in Dx Gotchardriver daybreak ver sound have kamen rider shining gotchard daybreak sound that it.
