Hello, I own the DX Neo Decadriver. I'm sorry to disappoint. But the Zero One and Zero Two cards make only 1 sound when inserted and no sound when you Henshin. The Grand Zi-O card is much of the same. Only saying: "Final Form Ride!" Before making no sound either.

Well Zio has the powers of Decade as well, which means he also has the powers of the Showa riders by proxy, and if the Saber ridewatch is any indication, he also has the powers of Reiwa riders. And if were talking toys, Zio has DX ridewatches of every single heisei rider (including secondaries, and even villains eg. Evol) as well as most major forms (eg. Build hazard) and reiwa ridewatches (Zero one [not sure about the Vulcan and the rest]). With all of this I think its fair to assume that Zio *does* have the powers of all riders.
