True,many of us are from middle class bgs and our parents has spent everything they had on our studies to get a job one day and live happily but whaat happened now we studied so hard and got a job and we are not less than anyone to be used as a backup by the company when required.offering 3-4 lpa isn't itself is fair in this expensive world and inturn they are making us sit at home idle spoiling our careers wasting 1yr and making feel useless When they can't onboard why did they make false promises saying that by march 2024 they will onboard everyone and in meetings they conducted always they ised to praise their company raising our hopes If a candidate is this irresponsible will company tolerate them where are all the laws gone now We and our families are suffering here .we are not just your cost cutting aspects we are humans remember that , never seen such a low company calling itself a great mnc

Hi sir, I'm from Vizag, and DXC visited our college at the start of our placement season. They conducted 3 rounds: 2 interviews and 1 coding aptitude test. Out of many, 18 of us made it to the final round. We were hopeful about getting placed, but it's been quite some time and we haven't received any updates. Still waiting for an opportunity
