വിൽപ്പന കരാർ ലംഘിച്ചതിന് DGPയുടെ 10.8 സെന്റ് ജപ്തി ചെയ്യാൻ ഉത്തരവ്. Dr Shaik Darvesh Sahebനും ഭാര്യയ്ക്കുമെതിരെയാണ് കോടതി വിധി. ഭൂമി വിൽക്കാനായി 30 ലക്ഷം മുൻകൂർ വാങ്ങിയ ശേഷം കരാർ ലംഘിച്ചെന്നാണ് പരാതി. പണം തിരികെ നൽകിയാൽ ജപ്തി ഒഴിവാക്കും.
