hii i have a question! what canvas size do you use? i’m trying to build my portfolio but i only ever worked in a company with a restrictive canvas size and i’m confused whether or not i should do the same while making assets. thank you so much in advance

I use low resolution because I believe that pixel art doesn't make much sense at high resolutions. For the channel, I usually create characters of 48x48 pixels. For tileset resources, I use a grid of 16x16 pixels. And for the characters in my games, I try not to exceed 32x32 pixels. However, the resolutions that different indie companies work with are very varied, so it would be beneficial for you to have resources of various sizes and styles.
