Is the air coming out cool and humid or cool and dry?

Definitely humid..the water evaporates really fast in the room..so as a humidifier is great, as a cooler, not that great..only if you stay maximum 1-2 feet from it

I usually fill the tank with a little water for the pump, add the ice packs and fill it half to two thirds full with ice cubes. This makes it really cold. You should check the fill level when doing this.
