I am LOVING the deep sorta jewel tone of this! Plus handspun!😍😍😍 I am just starting spinning with a drop spindle and I dyed my first 2ply a few weeks ago. I had to go with the broken violet after watching your videos! We got an icelandic sheep last year, and now have 4...i may have fallen down the rabbit hole. Send help...or at least some dye. lol Thanks for all your hard work in filming and editing your videos! I really love exploring the different techniques and colorways with you

EEEK Congrats on your own flock! I would love to have my own fiber source someday. My dog is fluffy but I don't comb that much off of him fast enough. ;) I'm so glad that you enjoy my videos.

Thanks for the shoutout! This yarn is beautiful. I am so impressed with your spinning ability on top of your dyeing expertise. It was really obvious that it's a gorgeous yarn all on its own.

Thank you! I was pretty nervous while doing this one. Now I need to figure out what to make out of it!

keep coming back to binge watch this as cannot get enough of these deep, moody colours. Love it so much I have just dyed my first 100g of handspun in similar way but did it as a matching gradient! Thank you so much for all your fab content :)

I have a few other dyeing hand spun things in the works that really just need to be dyed and filmed. But I've prepped the fiber for them!

I dye my hand spun singles all the time. I don’t spin near as well as you and I have never had an issue. 😉

I noticed you've got what looks like yarn bits down around the metal bits on your wheel...what's that about? :) Also WOWIE that color turned out So gorgeous!

Thank you! The yarn is as a little hack I did a few years ago. The pieces were slipping and then getting stuck because they were staying on the flat piece of metal. I didn't know what to do, but this seemed to solve the issue I was having. There is probably a better way to fix the issue I was having, but tightening the screws didn't seem to fix my problem.
