You know how Crane in the first game, when he was about to not make a jump and a ledge would be at his waist level, he would do a quick pull up. That's what I'm missing in DL2, Aiden in that situation slowly grabs the ledge, and pulls himself up loosing all the speed.

DLC 2 is likely coming in April/may since the anniversary update is adding firearms, tower raids, tolga and fatin, board quests, nightmare mode and maybe co-op missions.

1:25 you can do it when aiden does the active landing animation (crouch button) then pressing the jump button twice instead of timing it, making it more easier hope it helps. :)

After doing a slide/far jumps double press slide to go into slide instantly and do a far jump again. With this exploit you can go insanely fast. I use this all the time very easy to do. And the funny thing is you dont need stamina at all. And your way faster than normal running

you can bhop in this game by double pressing crouch after you slide jump. so slide jump and when your in the air press crouch twice but hole it on the second time you can chain slide jumps this way

A lot of the parkour moves in this game just don’t feel very intuitive. I constantly forget what buttons I need to do certain moves. I went through the entire game without doing a drop kick once, because it just didn’t feel natural in combat or anything. Same with the first move it teaches you, blocking and then vaulting over an enemy to kick another. The first game felt so natural with every move

Nah objectively in all categories dying light 2 from a gameplay perspective is just better, dying light ones story was incredibly mediocre as well so its not worth singing its praises and the story turned into a shitty fps shooter half way through with the human enemies. People keep on wearing those rose tinted glasses. And most other things I see the argument on is completely subjective. The only thing this game doesn't have and I frankly agree on is an equivalent to btz and the next dlc as well as I felt dying light 2 lacked that mission that is equivalent to the first night outside in the original game.
