Kyle had the original version only found in Haran where nothing would prevent the transformation into a zombie, but Aiden was infected by the altered version where UV prevented transformation.

Using story cut scenes to completely change the narrative of the story gives it that boost of authenticity to make it feel like, in another timeline, this really could've been the actual story. Good short film for the fact that it only uses mods and scenes/voice lines from the game. It sounds a little cheesy sometimes when you've played the game and know where the voice lines are from, but to someone who hasn't played the game, I imagine it would be absolutely flawless. That’s the motivation i imagined for crane when I was coming up with the concept. It made so much sense to me because after 15 years of being a zombie, and losing everyone he cared about, I feel like this was a pretty logical arc to his character, especially since he has to kill humans when night hits

Its well-made even if your using the gameplay from dying light 2, and, when the final battle of the entire series of this is out, will it be in X13? If so, I have some ideas that can help boost the series: - Make X13 really use aidens skills ALOT more, this includes grappling, and extra dialogue so it’s not awkward when Aiden fades off against crane. - I’d love to see you to do the jump boost (jumping off a NPC) and slamming the floor with a 2 handed weapon, I think it’d really be cool to include! - Allow yourself to get some damage, like falling down! - Have extra dialogue during cutscenes also, your aiden impression is awesome! and I think you should deepen cranes voice more, so it sounds more creepy and more insane! I would love if at the end of this small little series, you could have a montage of memories from the G.R.E and crane in dying light 1!

@@Tuxin1 it’s gonna be only 2 parts. The second one will feature the entirety of. X-13 but from a completely different angle, like this video. I’m definitely gonna try to include more combat mechanics in next episode. Also I wanted to keep his voice deeper but I’m new to voice editing and the deeper I made his voice, the harder I found it to actually understand what he was saying so I tried to find the best balance. With dialogue, I think sometimes that less is more. I can say for sure tho that there will be more dialogue in next episode!! Thanks for your comment, I love to read your thoughts and ideas! This feels like this would be a really good expansion dlc. There's no way the following is going to be the last we hear and see of crane so I think we could have a battle between aiden and crane sooner or later. Or possibly a mentor student bond going on if crane is able to talk before it must come to the moment where they need to fight due to their ideals on something and can be different endings depending on who wins the fight.

Maybe start with a boss fight and at the end either UVs get turned on or they both fall through a window/wall into the sunlight while brawling which would cause Crane to regain himself and stop the fight. Crane could stay as a quest giver after that, both of them heading on missions together
