The reason the stores are full is bc you went during the day when zombies are inside, it’s always been a thing. That’s why they’re called “dark zones”. But it’s pretty fun

Don’t need to progress far in the story but I suggest you find inhibitors and level your character up so you can get better items from the vendors, and for these weapons, increased damage etc.

Well, they're just random weapons I bought from a vendor, so yeah they aren't gonna be that good
