DL2 has better graphics for sure (i mean its been 9 years already) but its just so empty. Even how lifeless the volatiles are, when theyre supposed to be some kind of mutation from the last game. They dont even roam anymore and what? You gotta wait for 3 whole cycle to be chased by them? Thats doesnt even make any sense

@oopsicles they've improved it a lot since then, still a long way to go. The volatile system is overhauled, no need to get it to level 3. And they roam now. But yes, despite all these changes it still is trying to catch up to DL1 I'd say. Which is sad. Hopefully it'll get there.

When I saw this video I looked at my hours and I only have 76 hours then thought about it for a while and got depressed when I realized I'm not even halfway to 150 hours

Half of 150 is 75 so you're already past it lol. But yea, time spent in a game doesn't matter as much as the quality of the time. I've wasted roughly a good 40 hours or so just roaming around and exploring which didn't contribute towards parkour/combat. Besides, 150 is nothing compared to some who are in the thousands. Take it at your own pace, try to learn the mechanics and enjoy. Have fun!

Remember to use your camera to control your momentum. You don't turn in mid-air if you press left or right, you turn in mid-air by using your camera's movement. It's kinda like titanfall movement or garry's mod/source engine surfing.

I'm jumping farther, and that's because of a speed booster you get at Survivor level 3. As far as I know you can't jump higher using boosters, only longer/farther.
