Thanks for the info. Looks easier to use than JFM. I Was using black dye. I saw your dark brown results using JFM, and you're right, it looks better and more natural. Me being your completion, the dark brown looks better on me. This is my first full beard. I'm learning all new grooming. I have hair, so my grooming is doubled. LOL

I let my gray/whites come in. It was the first time I ever grew a beard so rocked it for about a year. I tried Henna, JUST FOR MEN, you name it. I was allgeric to everything. Then I came across this product and ran them grays right TF out lol!!! It itches slightly for a few hours but i don't swell up so its a go.I'm 54 and this is the very first and only beard dye that has ever worked for me in my life.

I used JFM a couple of times. Heard horrible reviews and experienced a little irritation as well. I tried a Henna product and had minimal success at covering grays. After watching this video I think I'm gonna try this. I'm just leary of toxicity of any product but I'm gonna try it.

I’m already getting white hair throughout my beard, & I’m only 25. I’ll be 26 next month. I honestly hate it, & I’ve just been plucking them out when I see them sticking out. Been doing it for a few years. Not sure if I’ll use dye, but I probably will eventually. Just having a really hard time accepting he white hair at such a young age. I’m cool with the salt & pepper but it comes in too blotchy and not symmetrical so it looks crazy...for me either I dye the beard or shave. Maybe over time the gray will come in more evenly.

Bthebarber I applied the dye per the directions. Relatively easy application. Left it in for 15 min per directions and the washed it out. I think that either I should have left it in a little longer or go for the jet black instead of black brown. One thing I noticed was that after applying it and washing it out, it left a poisonous taste in my mouth. I didn’t have an allergic reaction or anything but that was a little alarming.

If that's not dark enough then Natural Black would be our next darker (and darkest) shade. Reach out to us at [e-mail] and let us know if you need to change shades. Regarding the poisonous taste in your mouth. That's definitely not normal. Did you accidentally get some on your lip, which might have seeped into your mouth? (This is Snehal, the founder) Last year I grew out my beard and mustache long. I have a thick mustache, that I let grow long, below my upper lip, so I remember the dye getting on my lips. I didn't want any to seep into my mouth, so I ended up wiping my lips immediately and was unable to dye that last bit of my hair that bordered my upper lip and went over my lips. Had I not wiped it off, my guess is some may have accidentally seeped into my mouth, which is not good. Even though our ingredients are gentler on your skin, you definitely don't want them in your mouth.

You're very light like I am, and I've learned years ago that black men with our complexion should stay with a light/medium brownish hue bc after it sets, it's still pretty dark. I NEVER EVER use "Black".

Hey B, I am currently using Cremo Beard dye that comes in a ready to use foam applicator. While I like the color results, it tends to cause some skin irritation, some beard zits (not much but some), and can leave the beard hair a lil’ brittle. Is this product better?

Never used the Cremo, but the ingredients in simpler dye is overall better than most dyes at the moment. If you decide to pick one up make sure you test it on a small area before applying to your head or beard.👊🏽👊🏽
