if your going blonde to brown - dye it a red or auburn first then an ash brown to finish - if you don't want red showing through - that would achieve the finish she has

Hey, what do u suggest if my ends dont take darker color due to bleach damage? Do i use a protein filler? I want to do ash brown. I tried doing red color first and the ends didnt take much red. My hair is really porous so I didn't want too much of a change, at least at first. With the 8N demi-permanent added it's now kind of a light brown with some of blond popping through. I did end up using both bottles of the brown dye because I noticed the brown starting to fade after a few washes. Now I’ve gone a few months without doing anything to it & am only just now feeling like I need to dye it again to revitalize the color. So I’d start with the red dye & one bottle of the brown dye & wait a few days to see how well it holds to your hair! Good luck on dying your hair at home! It’s honestly a WAY cheaper alternative than going into the salon & I think it looks just as good!💗

Thanks for this video the upkeep on my platinum hair which is normally dark brown ashy is insane the cost but mainly the time I endure doing my roots and products for keeping it blonde I’m getting so sick of the upkeep. My hair are used to be naturally medium brown I don’t know what to call it but it was kind of dark but not black at all and then one day I beg my mom to let me bleach my hair when I was in like third grade and I literally was like too toned and disgusting and then I decided to go to a professional salon I was in fifth grade and get it done and I hated it too because because my hair is so brown I was expecting it to be blonde but it just kept on turning orange and different shades of brown and I got really annoyed with it and now all I want is my natural hair back I would do anything for that

Your hair is beautiful either color, but i do prefer the brown on you because it really makes your eyes pop. I've been transitioning to my natural gray for about 3 yrs now, and there's still about 4" of level 10 bleached hair at the bottom to get removed for my transition to be complete. I'm so considering going back to brown though because I'm constantly chasing the brass on the gray and the blonde, so it's been such a pain to transition. I've got some family/friends saying to leave it gray, and others saying to dye it back brown. Lol neither is an easy fix because I'm either going to be chasing the brass or chasing the gray as it's growing in so- eeny meeny miny moe lol. Maybe i should just shave it all off instead lol 😆 🤷 😅
