@@KatiWalker So I went out and got the 7N Garnier just like you used and I love the color, but I feel the product was kind of harsh on my hair. It took a couple of conditionings to bring it back. Here's some cheap advise ha ha. Revlon colorstay 3.99 is the best! I have used all box brands and this one is the best! To get the same color as 7N you would buy 6N dark natural blonde. Stay away from ash! It will turn your blonde hair grey or green tint on the ends. Today my step-daughter and I might try 5g (light golden blonde) mixed with 7N Light natural blonde to see what we get! I think if we used a 7G it would be to much redish gold. I think you should go darker. In the video when you were sitting there with your hair wet after coloring, your skin tone was way better!!!

I know this is five years old, but I just saw it today. I wish people would buy the temporary color depositing shampoos and conditioners before buying the box dyes first. Her natural blonde was so healthy and beautiful, although the dye turned out very even and pretty, but since we all want a change sometimes, and those new products really work but don’t damage the hair and aren’t permanent.

Should have started from the middle and them to the ends then the roots. (Cause the roots get dyed faster and the tips damage easily) butttt either way it turned out good :)

Your mistake was buying Drug Store Box Dye and second mistake, Garner Box Dye. Lucky for you it turned out well but as you can see, Box dye is not meant to lift or deposit more than 2 shades if any. LOL. Next time, go to Sally Beauty for your hair coloring needs.
