OMGGG this looks so amazing!!!! Do you think it would look OK on someone with naturally dark dark (almost black) roots, and highlighted and balayaged to a super light level 9 in the highlighted strands? Or would it only look that amazing on full bleached hair? I absolutely LOVE THIS COLOR, and I LOVE your hair! even before you put the color in, I absolutely LOVE that blonde on you!!!!
