In part II, we discussed Woody's relationship with actress Mia Farrow. In part III, we took a deep look into Woody's 'affair' with Mia's daughter, Soon-Yi Previn. In part IV, we discussed the 1992 attic allegation and Woody and Mia's 1993 custody trial. Something so chilling about the way he takes credit for moulding (read: gr00ming) Soon-Yi into this sophisticated woman while he is Mr. Perfect who never needed to change and only ever got "pleasure" out of the relationship with her. That characterises most abusers' pathology. What a disgusting fiend.

'Grooming' is actively seeking the company and attention of *children* for sexual or 'romantic' gratification. It is the OPPOSITE of what Woody Allen did. Woody Allen SHUNNED the company of Mia's 'Previn children', who had André Previn as their sole father figure. Woody never spent time with them, never took them out, never had conversations with them. Even Mia herself vehemently DENIED that Woody was, or even wanted to be, a father figure to them or to have any other kind of relationship with them. It was only in 1990, Soon-Yi being 20 yo, when *Mia asked Woody* to *start* spending time with her, by taking Soon-Yi to basketball games. Woody gave in to Mia's request. So that is how their friendship, and one year later lover's relationship started - with Mia's full knowledge and consent. No 'grooming', sorry. I wonder if these facts make you happy or sad.

Allen had a knack for dry wit in the times that were changing from the 60's through the 80's. He used his small stature, big nose and classic ray ban style glasses as a cover to a sexually frustrated and unhappy man. This portrayal resonated widely and successfully with audiences world wide. Allen is always the victim, always the martyr. He banks on the sympathy of his followers. Crazy how he's not in trouble.

The fact that he takes credit for every change and accomplishment in his wife’s life, including for the fact that she didn’t starve to death as a child in S. Korea, but he says that he hasn’t changed at all, and that she certainly hasn’t changed him, tells me everything I need to know about that man. I cannot believe he actually said that out loud. I guess he doesn’t realize how horrible it sounds. Yes, she was young and impressionable, and you were old and stubborn. You made her into whatever you wanted, you saw no need to change for her, because you’re perfect, right. And how can he take credit for Soon Yi’s life and success? She was adopted by her mother. Without her mother, she probably wouldn’t have survived her childhood, and she definitely wouldn’t have been able to come to America. She was in university and doing fine when he preyed on her, so how can he take responsibility for her life like that? I genuinely cannot stand this man. I don’t believe for one second that he ever intended to be in a relationship with Soon Yi. I think he had to make it seem like a relationship to mitigate outrage, and he knew that a marriage would sound more appropriate than having an affair with your girlfriend’s adopted daughter. At least then, we would be fooled into thinking it was about love, and not just sex. At least then, he wouldn’t seem _quite_ as gross. I guess.

I don't know if he really abused his daughter, I wasn't there, but I'm not going to discredit or diminish someone's experience. Aside from all that, he slept with his stepdaughter, the sister to his children, while still in a relationship with her mother, said he thought it'd be just a fling, and no one sees the problem with that?

Woody Allen never had a stepdaughter. I don't know why people keep believing in this complete falsehood. Moreover, Mia had already ended her lover's relationship with Woody *four years* before his relation with the 21 yo Soon-Yi sprung up. Mia abandoned Woody as her lover in 1987, when pregnant of Ronan, a child she would later admit is 'possibly not Woody's'. If you believe Mia, then it wasn't Woody who cheated on a lover, but it was Mia. And Soon-Yi did not steal her mother's boyfriend. Just keep that in mind.

And if think that you so explicitly told that Mia was on Roman Polanski's side in the Vanity fair trial not the pedo one, then please read the comments where most of the people think that it was her defending Polanski of what he DID with the minor. And all that people mostly have heard about him is only the case of ra*ping that minor. Nobody knows about any other of his cases. Like entering into questionable relationships at the drop of a hat etcetc. She was a home wrecker in her last marriage and she makes the same mistakes over and over. This is from the sworn testimony of Mia's hired therapist, Dr Susan Coates, talking about the week before Mia made the abuse allegation (source: NY Times, March 30, 1993): "Dr. Coates testified she was taken aback after Ms. Farrow mentioned at another point in the conversation that she and Mr. Allen had the week before been discussing the possibility of getting married." I believe that over the years, Mia has encouraged (and rewarded) her to “recall” these bad things. Mia’s history with her other children reveals a lot. She has also shown a preference for her bio children over her adopted children. Witness her devotion to Ronan Farrow and how the amount of time she spent driving him an hour and a half every day to college when he was a kid. It is even more 'powerful' to learn the facts about this case. The facts that have led to Woody Allen's 100% exoneration. The facts that should lead you to reconsidering your opinion. But may you just don't want to learn the facts. Many people are totally happy with their blind 'belief' - because it somehow 'feels good' to them. To each their own.

It is not that 'the public dismissed her' or 'didn't believe her'. It is that FOUR child abuse expert instances, ALL working in Dylan's best interest, did NOT believe her. It is that ALL judges at TWO NY custody courts, all having Dylan's best interest at heart, did NOT believe her. It is that Dylan's therapists Dr Susan Coates and Dr Nancy Schultz, did NOT believe her. It is that Dylan's nannies, Monica Thompson and Kristi Groteke, did NOT believe her. It is that the head of NY Police Sex Crimes Unit did NOT believe her. It is that Dylan's older brother, Moses, who was a DIRECT WITNESS on the alleged 'abuse afternoon' did NOT believe her. He stated right away that their mother had MADE UP the abuse story, and still maintains that today. Dylan's abuse stories were taken very, very serious. They have been thoroughly investigated for 14 months. NONE of the child abuse experts who listened to her extensively believed her. Do you know why? Because her many, highly inconsistent, 'rehearsed' sounding stories, including multiple DENIALS of abuse, were found to be a combination of her own fantasy and her mother's 'coaching'. THAT is why no one 'believed Dylan'. Including many people on Mia's side.

We got justice. Woody was fully exonerated after ALL child abuse experts, who worked in the best interest of Dylan and other abused children, did NOT believe her many, absurd, inconsistent abuse stories. Nor did the two NY custody courts believe the abuse story, even when they favored Mia in the custody battle. Nor did Mia's hired expert believe the abuse allegation. Dr Steven Herman testfied that the evidence fell short, and that Mia had likely put words in Dylan's mouth, asking questions that 'set a tone for a child about how to answer'. Nor did Mia's attorney believe the abuse happened. Eleanor Alter said it could be attributed to Dylan's fantasy, for which Mia had put her in therapy.

This was a fantastic finale to a well crafted and highly emotional storyline!! I’ve followed this case from the start; I graduated high school in 1992 so I remember the original events. I’ve never been able to articulate my feeling of disgust at Woody Allen - I just knew that whatever else people say to defend him, and some of the arguments on his side are well founded even if I disagree with the conclusion, I’ve always felt something icky about him. Now I know what it is: he has always maintained the stance that this case was adjudicated and the event was found not to have occurred. No. That’s incorrect. The event, and the evidence to back up the accusation against him, was found to have a lack of evidence. What Woody Allen appears to believe is that he was found innocent. He wasn’t; he was found not guilty. There’s a fundamental difference between the two; not guilty means the burden of proof (in a civil case like this one, the burden is “the preponderance of evidence”) wasn’t met. It absolutely does NOT mean that his version of events was found factually correct and he bears no shame whatsoever for anything. Not guilty does NOT equate to factual innocence. He’s a creep and a scum bag. Period.

How you must hate all these facts. As they contradict your fact-free beliefs about him. By the way, Soon-Yi was 27 and had completed her academic education with a master's degree from Columbia University when she married Woody Allen. Dylan's nannies have testified how Dylan *loved* her father dearly, and was never 'afraid' of him. The 'she was afraid of daddy' story was concocted as part of Mia's revenge vendetta, long after she had kicked out Woody from Dylan's life. Every time someone points out the moral issues of something he did, it’s always excuses. He seems to genuinely think he was god’s gift to Farrow’s children and only blames Mia for why they stay away. Like sir, maybe just maybe, no matter at what age it started, seeing your “father” figure leave your mother and start a romantic relationship with your SISTER is still unbelievably disgusting and disturbing, especially for a young child to process. He’s an absolute creep that thinks he’s so above and better than everyone around him, he has a documented history of targeting young girls and clearly has no conscience about the fact. And Mia, sure mothers make mistakes but good god woman, you need to step away from high society and learn how to give your kids your full attention. So many situations so poorly handled, and so many innocent kids caught in the middle.

I appreciate SO MUCH all the work you put into this series. It was extraordinarily measured and complete. I have a few thoughts: I think the reason Woody refuses to acknowledge what he did is because he equates the concept of "molesting" with an act... an act he swears he didn't do, and Dylan herself never accused him of doing... she said he touched her vulva with his fingers. Not "that act". Woody was so grotesquely obsessed with her for so long... you will notice he doesn't talk at all about all the evidence that people including doctors and therapists had that he had a 'grotesquely inappropriate" obsession with her. He just talks about having never molested her (his definition of molesting being probably akin to rape). Dylan is likely scarred from the grooming and the fact that even though he was censured by therapists to stop being so physically obsessed with her... he just wouldn't stop. He NEVER talks about any of that. Just that one "attic" incident and that one act. His history of being gross with Dylan was common knowledge. And his history of being a different kind of gross with young women/teenagers is legendary. He even talks about his marriage to Soon Yi as being all about what he could "paternalistically" give her, vs any kind of equal relationship. Woody's insistence that a whole bunch of people "Found him innocent" is so awful. No one is ever "found innocent"... only not found guilty, in that they can't prove he didn't do it... they just don't have enough evidence to prove he did. I was very proud of Dylan for coming out and being brave. I love Dr. Ramani and have watched her for years... can't wait to see that interview! I still think Mia is all kinds of fucked, and I feel particularly bad for Ronan and Dylan (and to some extent Moses) as they were the ones most affected by Woody's bad parenting, but Mia's as well. As I said in one of the previous videos, the body count of her dead children should be some kind of testament to her bad parenting. I also think something is wrong with Ronan... for as much as he's done for the #metoo movement (and don't get me wrong, he needs to be applauded for that), there is something creepy about him I've never been able to put my finger on. I would love to hear his story someday. But he's too guarded at this point to ever share it.

@@betheecommentator I have to be honest... I wonder if Mia's obsession with Ronan was on par with Woody's obsession with Dylan? Ronan apparently got into university when he was 11 and completed law school by about 20 or 21. Apparently Mia drove him 90 minutes each way to school, presumably spending the day in town until class was over so she could drive him home. Um. Who was taking care of the other ten kids?? She spent a disproportionate amount of time with him, and often alone in the car with him, just like Woody spent taking Dylan to be alone with him. They are both SO CREEPY

Ok, I had to watch the whole thing-I commented (below) halfway through, but this is hard to watch if you've had to live with any version of this in your childhood-- this changes everything in life forever and it never goes away, though wouldn't that be convenient for pedophiles and their promoters/enablers if it did just go away. I appreciated what you did here, thank you. Also, at what point do we drop Mia Farrow as in any way having something to do with what happened? It's just a distraction from the actual situation. Now here's what I wrote after listening to enabler/ex lover of W. Allen speak against Dylan and her account of her final assault by Allen, about halfway through... I am getting sick listening to and looking at the enablers-it doesn't matter to them that it is Dylan herself who is describing these very real things, her own nightmare side of life as a child. You can see it on her face when he picks her up in that clip too, looking at whoever is filming, are they going to film him doing what he does-her face. Anyway, this very adult woman is telling her real story. Pedophiles make a huge point of making themselves seem ok to those around them, do you think they go around telling people they sexually assault children? How purposefully stupid is that? It's the enablers that allow the abusers to continue, they are criminals here too. Those whose lives were forever changed because of the abuse, by those that defend the abuser, even in the face of undeniable proof-what that does to Dylan and her loved ones, that's the enablers crime.

Wow!! Great ending to an outstanding series. BTC, i don't know how these things work, but you should try to sell this to a network. A few things: Woody and Soon Yi's relationship is so weird. He talks about her tragic childhood and brags about how he rescued her and improved her life. My husband improved my life financially too but if he went around bragging about it, I would box his ears. Next, Woody HATED Mia. This is something that happens to some women. They are married to or in a long term relationship with a man who they think really loves them , but he secretly hates their guts. They miss all the signs. Notice how he married Soon Yi but wouldn't marry Mia. He criticized Mia for adopting kids but then he and Soon Yi adopted two kids. He had no interest in being a father when he was with Mia, but it became so important for him and Soon Yi to have a family. Also strange is that Woody didn't care about his own biological son, Ronan, at all. He was only interested in visitation with Dylan and Moses. The other thing is he's correct. He did do a lot for women, but at the same time, he's a pedo. I could just strangle that actress who tried to make her affair with him at seventeen seem totally normal. Hollywood is just filled with weirdos. It was a horrible move on Mia's part to testify on Roman Polanski's behalf. What many don't know is that one incident with the 13 year old isn't Polanski's first time at the rodeo. He actually has several accusations of SA that took place over decades. SA was actually a hobby for Polanski. Also, Moses turned on Mia because Woody has more money. He wants his inheritance.😂😅Forgive this long comment. Cheers on a job well done, BTC.❤🎉 💯💥👍🏿

I am not surprised Mia testified for Polanski. She seems to have a real disconnect between the men in her life (either friends or lovers) and what they do to children. @@montyollie Woody did not 'leave Mia for Soon-Yi'. Read the custody trial reports, they are open sources. *Mia* abandoned Woody in 1987 as her lover, when she was pregnant of Ronan, a child she would later admit is 'possibly not Woody's' (but Sinatra's). Not Woody cheated on a lover - Mia did. And Soon-Yi did not steal her mother's boyfriend. Woody and Mia hadn't been lovers for *four years* when the relationship with Soon-Yi sprung up.

Moses absolutely benefits from backing his father and I don't believe for one second, there wasn't a toy train involved somewhere. Even if someone was lying, they wouldn't make up a toy that didn't exist in the house. Woody is a horrible creep, but so is Mia. Mia ripped off the attic story from Dory Previn's song, With My Daddy in the Attic. 👇 That's not the only thing Mia stole from Dory. Mia actually broke up Dory's marriage with Andre. Dory had a breakdown, and was hospitalized for it. The song Daddy in the Attic came from the groundbreaking album she composed and released after her hospitalization. The hospitalization caused by Andre and Mia's betrayal of her. Woody actually groomed Soon Yi. But then, Mia falsified the allegations as revenge. Mia. repeated the allegations over and over. If you do that enough times to kids under 8, they will be gaslit into thinking they remember the false memories. This happened in the McMartin case. Then, Mia filmed Dylan naked, while making her admit to these things for days. To add insult to injury, she stole Dory Previn's song Daddy in the Attic to do it. That song came off the groundbreaking album she released after being hospitalized because of Andre and Mia's betrayal. And oh by the way, she defended her child pedophile friend Roman Polanski. She also had Rohen's legs surgically altered to make him taller, so he could succeed in politics. She also casually claimed publicly that Rohen was actually Frank Sinatra's love child, and that she'd lied to Woody about it. Rohen is her golden child, whom she put through college, while financially neglecting some of her adopted kids. Woody is a monster who is unattractive and awkward. So, he's easier to call out. Mia has the combination pretty privelage, and a false reputation as a humanitarian. So it's easier for her to play victim. But, she's not. Both of them have Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Mia probably also has Borderline and/or Histrionic Disorder. They are using all of their kids as public pawns against each other. Hence, they are both equally abusive, and should not be supported in any way.

@@1022LibraLady The filmmakers are frauds. Dylan said in 2014 that she watched an *electric* toy train moving around the track while being molested. Moses wrote in 2018 that there were multiple toy trains in the house, but no *electric* toy trains in the attic, as there were no *electric* outlets in the attic. The HBO doc tries to pull a fast one by showing what is allegedly a police diagram (they don't even bother to specify wtf it is) of the attic that notes a circular "Toy Train Track" (with zero mention of anything being *electrical*) Mia's nanny Kristi Groteke testified at the custody trial that a large, plastic ride along train was stored disassembled in the attic and that the kids would fetch it from the attic and assemble it downstairs. This is almost certainly the "Toy Train Track" that the diagram refers to - and in 1992 the only *electric* trains large enough for kids to ride on were at theme parks or places like Chuck E Cheese. They certainly weren't assembled and disassembled by young children. Now consider that crime scene photography became popular in the late 1800s. By the 1940s crime scene photography was the norm in the US. There's zero possibility that there aren't crime scene photos of the attic crawlspace in Mia's home from 1992. So why try to refute Moses by coughing up an (alleged) police diagram that says nothing whatsoever about the *electric* train Dylan described when an actual photo of the electric train or even a photo of one single *electric* outlet would actually confirm her claim? If the Farrows are credible, then why are they always telling lies like this? If the HBO doc is an objective investigation, then why is it so full of deceptions like this?

Moses, 14 at the time actually present the entire day: “…I feel that I can no longer stay silent as Woody continues to be condemned for a crime he did not commit… I was present for everything that transpired in our house before, during, and after the alleged event." "…I do remember that Woody would leave the room on occasion, but never with Dylan. He would wander into another room to make a phone call, read the paper, use the bathroom, or step outside to get some air and walk around the large pond on the property." "…None of us would have allowed Dylan to step away with Woody, even if he tried. Casey’s nanny, Alison, would later claim that she walked into the TV room and saw Woody kneeling on the floor with his head in Dylan’s lap on the couch. Really? With all of us in there? And if she had witnessed that, why wouldn’t she have said something immediately to our nanny Kristi?" "…It’s a precise and compelling narrative, but there’s a major problem: there was no electric train set in that attic. There was, in fact, no way for kids to play up there, even if we had wanted to." "…Strangers on Twitter pose me this question all the time: “You weren’t there to witness the assault, so how do you know it didn’t happen?” But how could anyone witness an assault if it never happened?” "…You have rushed to join the chorus of condemnation based on a discredited accusation for fear of not being on the ‘right’ side of a major social movement. But rather than accept the hysteria of Twitter mobs, mindlessly repeating a story examined and discredited 25 years ago, please consider what I have to say. After all, I was there - in the house, in the room - and I know both my father and mother and what each is capable of a whole lot better than you." -Moses Farrow

Children dont notice a lot and/or see itcas a norm because they dont realise things ate sexual or wrong. @@sarahholland2600 By your logic we shouldn't believe Dylan, either. I guess we can't rely on a 14 year old's direct witnessing and debunking of the events, but we can rely on a 7 year old? Which age has a better memory, or is more easily manipulated? D'yah know there's also phone records of Woody talking to his lawyer and film production company at the exact same time of the supposed "events", making the alleged timeline physically impossible, too? On top of Moses' first hand refutation, there's also Dylan's pediatric exam, there's New Haven's examiners (world renowned, and hand picked by Mia, until they didn't get the result they wanted), and NY state child abuse investigators, after an exhaustive examination of everyone involved, all independently came to the same conclusion that no abuse occurred by Allen, and that Dylan was either engaging in fantasy or was coached, but likely both. Woody even passed a lie detector test, too boot... Read the court transcripts. How much more evidence you need? Unless you think ALL these people are lying instead of Mia (through Dylan). Ps. I do love how people argue with the direct statements of actual family members who were there, and much older, as well as irrefutable evidence and experts who already went through all this 30 years ago and found nothing.
