I have interacted with him in a relatively small fan convention and I gotta say he is both very genuine and very introverted person. He is not super comfortable in the spotlight and surrounded by screaming fans. He is super professional always but Hollywood jaded him no doubt.

Dylan is such a cool and relatable guy, I'm so glad you picked up on that. I saw some other people recommending his maze runner interviews (a few years old) and I thought that was a really good idea, you get to see much more of his humorous side and he's talking alongside friends so he's more interactive with other people.
