Its a Thermal printer which means NO inks required/needed, you just use special thermal labels and the cleaning card is is to clean the thermal head free of dust particles etc.

I use this machine at work! I think it sucks , it is great to print labels and not have to be full of marker ink for days but it freezes up if u logg to many at a time

I think Zebra is the only thermal printer brand that makes printers meant to be used in a professional setting. Brother is getting up there too though. These cheaper printers are more for a light or home user.

Maby you can order some new brains on Ebay, and order too some new big Eyes and telescoop glasses That will help you to install the Dymo.. My 5year old neigbor child can print with Dymo and you big grown ass woman can't pffffffff weak

After seeing other Etsy sellers reviewing this product kzbin.infoUgkxw55tQTywUAAOsbrlwxONZULry77sFF1Q , I decided to purchase it as it was cheaper than the other thermal label printers in the market. The company did a great job providing their customers with a lot of installation guides because it can get tricky especially with a Mac user but manageable. The product is very cute (love the color), prints well (make sure the label is in high resolution), and I was even able to make it print multiple things that I need for my store- shipping labels, address labels and even receipts (as shown in the video). I’ll definitely recommend this label printer to my other friends in the business.

I bought two of them for the office but the staff refuses to use them they are too difficult. I said that cannot be so they said you try. I spent an hour or so trying to find the shipping label size to use for the file folder. It is not available in the drop-down menu. I then spent another hour on the phone trying to get through to tech support. Not possible for me to wait for more than an hour. I tried the online chat but after a half hour, it disconnected as there is no customer chat support available apparently. Then I tried the web-based e-mail support but my request was bounced as there is apparently no web-based e-mail support. This tells me the product is too difficult to use. The tech support is either non-existent or swamped with thousands of unhappy customers. My advice stay away.

@@rangermike955 on the machine your printer is plugged in to open "Printers & Scanners". On the right under Related Settings is Print Server Properties. You can create any for sizes you want in there. Once you hit OK the form will appear. You may need to restart the computer before you can apply the setting.
