I also call the number on my dymo paperwork and talked to two different people and they did not have a clue to troubleshoot this!

Keep in mind that direct thermal labels like these aren't fade proof. The labels are made from chemically treated paper reacting to heat from a printer head. They are cheap and easy to make, but will inevitably go blank over time. Shopping receipts are printed out using the same technique, and most of you know what happens to them as they age. Thermal transfer printers (transferring actual paint from a ribbon) is the only option if you need permanent print or if you need to print on sturdier materials than paper. They are unfortunately more expensive to use as the ribbons tend to be a bit pricey.

+jessica artus Hi, Dymo is very clever and you can do a lot of things. I don't really understand what you mean but you can print address from excel sheet easily and also you can make a template and save the labels.

Simo Galile no, I don’t think you can use normal paper, only work with sticky printer labels :(

+Mustard Tiger ; I use Dymo 4XL for eBay/Amazon for large address labels ( 4x6 inch) , but also use this Dymo 450 for my address labels or smaller size address labels, other labels etc... I think the smallest size is 25mmx25mm or 12mmx50mm.

I picked up a 450 turbo, I was wondering how do I print more than one label at a time, on the software i see where it says *Add label but it will not let me click on it, I want to make different name tags at one time and than print instead of going back and forth deleting typing and printing the name tags.

No ink needed. It's thermal. It prints on ebay, but you have to pick the option for the zebra printer. Ebay provides instructions.
