Awesome flying and nothing but grease on the landings! Yes the Grumman F6F Hellcat replaced the F4F Wildcat as the premier US Naval fighter in the Pacific Theater during WWII largely due to the handling difficulties related to bringing the F4U Corsair into carrier service early in the war. The Hellcat has the highest kill ratio of any US Naval fighter aircraft in the Pacific Theater of War during WWII! Just a little tidbit of information.

Yes, the Grumman F6F Hellcat replaced the F4F Wildcat as the premier naval carrier based fighter in the Pacific Theater due to the initial handling challenges related to bringing the F4U Corsair aboard carriers, all technique which oddly enough the Brits solved! However the Hellcat had the highest kill ratio of any Naval aircraft in the Pacific Theater. Just a little tidbit of information.

i installed a 70amp ESC in my Hellcat and with the stock motor n propeller and its at least 30mph faster than before. so if you do want a Rocket Ship thats all ya gotta do
