Dynamic Block with Attribute: Grid Line

I have a similar block. Then use an auto lisp routine to sequentially increase number value. I need to have grid number 0 through 9 display a leading zero - i.e., 00, 01, 02 etc. up to 09. Is there any way of setting the attribute to not suppress the leading zero?
