Thanks for this upload. This is very similar to the DVD ATPv1 from Nick Curson, a student of the Marinovich's. The ball work has really done wonders for my movement and relieved a lot of pain

10 is written on the ball. It’s moved fairly easily by the wrists in the video, 10lbs seems right. The trick is finding something similar that allows you to hook your foot in 2024

I teach a modern day version of this system, called Rev6. The weight of the bells can be anywhere from 2lbs to 8-10lbs. We use bells that can be filled with water. Let me know if you have any other questions.

@@kcooke44 we have water bells that can be filled to your desired weight. Some of my clients use ankle weights, which isn’t ideal, but can get you going and will work for people with larger feet.
