Behind the Scenes | Limitless - 2013 1st Place International Award Winning Laser Show

Another addition to the behind the scenes series. This video shows us shooting the 3D version of Limitless. We used the main Canon 5D MKII for the full shot. Left view and top view are GoPro Hero 3 black cameras. Extra shots provided by Ichiro Ashihara.

AMAZING! I love to see more than just the straight-on shots! This is awesome! I can see the patterns on the wall as well, and it gives more exposition on how the patterns are shaped, which isn't quite clear in the main shots. Thanks guys! Keep'em coming! P.S. Would you consider doing another one, with a gopro from the LASER'S point of view? I think it would be cool to see the show pointed out from the projectors!

Some of the the cue designs are lost, most people don't realize the more simple the laser shape the better it looks. We are going to try and get more stuff like this for you guys to see what we do. :)

I watched it a few times. I like that I can get idea of the laser cues by the projections. As far as I can see, you don't use complex and tricky abstracts in this show, yet, it's one of the best of yours'. By the way, what are those optics (/gratings) on the floor which divides the hot beam to rgb rays?

5 lasers. No lasers were harmed during the filming of this video. And yes we build our own lasers and sell FDA certified projectors.

In a live setting yes. We used 15 Watt lasers for this video.

@@lasershane41 Serious question. You guys are just standing in the beam paths of 15 Watt lasers at a distance of what, 40-50 feet? Is the exposure diminished enough at that distance? I walk on eggshells around my little 3 watt projector. Haha

@@SilentGloves Its called a beam attenuation map and we can lower the power of the beams in certain areas to a safe level. Its also how we dont blow the sensor out in the camera.
