CDX Commerce Data Exchange - System that transfer data between Dynamics 365 for Retail Server and its configured Retail channels.
Real-Time Service is part of the CDX that sends messages back and forth in real time from the channel to the headquarters.
Sync Service is part of the CDX that sends messages back and forth between the channel and headquarters on a periodic scheduled basis.
