Hi, thanks for this clarification. I have one question left regarding the Alternate Work Centers: What is this field's purpose? I hoped that Production Orders would automatically be moved to the Alternate Work Center in case the default Work Center does not have sufficient capacity. Unfortunately, I do not see any effects of using Alternate Work Center. Thank you in advance!

There are no certifications for NAV any more. Exams were discontinued at NAV 2013 version.

Do you have a tutorial of something close to an overview of the optimal way to utilize NAV? We are currently using NAV and I don't believe we are using it to the best of its capabilities.

It might be a hard tutorial to make, but I will seriously consider making a series with that title :) You are right, many companies are not using NAV to it´s full potential. Our implementation team could give you a hand, just e-mail [e-mail] for further info.
