Thanks buddy i love this game and the people who play it i have spent well over a decade coaching everyday players to become the players they always wanted to be. the DD way is all common sense and body mechanics this is why it works for all ages and both the sexes. Because of its simplicity you will be able to play at a good level till well into your 80s and i have one guy from the old USA who is 92 and still going. Anyone can fling a dart at the board and some will be good at it but i can hand on hart say 99.99% of every player i have ever coached has seen major improvements if you stick to it the only thing i can't do is do it for you it takes grit and perseverance but the rewards are truly Awesome. Dave, great to see another video from across the pond. Been trying to use the DD throw and this is a good reminder and refresher for me. Relax, relax and relax. Seems to work. I have a ways to go but this throw works for me. Thanks again for your efforts to educate!

I must admit i love watching these videos. Ive implemented elements of the DD way in my game and it has made a big improvement for me. I got the confidence after a while to start playing in a local pub league and im doing quite well atm im winning a few games here and there so well happy with that. I am considering some coaching at some point its just having time with work but i want to get as good as i can be so looking forward to eventually going a step further.

Yes its been a privilege to have been in association with Brian for almost a decade watched him come from very small to very very big and he deserves it. He has made me assorts through out the years from my shirts to my light up Oche and Sets of darts to.

My favourite place for KZbin Darts advice!!! I’m getting back into throwing since I had a battle with cancer all my bowl taken away, chemo for 4 months and then I found out I’d also got liver cancer so I’ve been extremely lucky 🍀…. I love darts even more so since I’ve fallen sick now I am a little more mobile, I was crush when I picked my darts back up after such a lengthy time of inability…. I’d love some coaching in the future as I was playing to a good standard and had aspirations….. after 2 major surgeries and chemo I was so weak so so weak!! I could only throw the odd few darts, from half the throw distance and they were only just getting to the board!!! I’ve been moving back over the last few months I’m now at the 7ft 9 and a bit lol!! But I’m rebuilding my throw as I go, I have obviously changed a lot body wise and strength wise. I’m using the 26 gram Sigma 950 pro with the Ti stems and side load shafts, I like my darts to sit tail down in the board. You have a great channel I’ve watched and studied hard but to learn to throw your way I struggle (me not the throw you teach) how much is personal coaching. And thank you for a great challenge you clearly have a wealth of knowledge!! And it’s great. Would the DD style suit how I like the darts in the board? I hate it when I throw and it lands flight up!! Just my preference. Anyway thank you and if Th DD style could work for me as I rebuild my action it would be great it has me intrigued. Sorry for the novel lol! 😂 and cheers buddy your clearly a top bloke!

Hi Jake buddy well you have bee through it big time. Just keep plugging on get the basics right and the rest will follow one thig i will tell you is you are no longer the same player you were before your journey with Cancer. I have brought many players back from extremely bad times and hand on hart not a one has been anything other than thrilled with the results. i could go into the inns n outs of how your darts land and how to build your core strength, muscle memory, Ect. I will promise you this you can come back a much better player but you wont throw the same as before. for example i wish i had a pound for every player who has stated i was really good when i was young my answer is but your not anymore buddy so you have to adapt to a throw you can do from a throw you can't or remain as you are.
