The players are split into groups of three or four with the groups positioned equidistant from a single, centrally positioned cone.
The players perform dynamic push-ups for a set period of time. At the trainers signal all the players race to the cone.
To make it more fun, make it a competition! Which ever player touches the cone first, that team is out and can rest. The rest of the teams go again until the slowest team is left!
This can easily be done as an individual training exercise. Just one player and a cone. Either do a set number of dynamic push ups or set a phone/watch for a set period of time…then race to the cone as fast as you can.
