Dynasty Warriors 4 is the one I grew up with. I beat the absolute crap out of it and I definitely spent more hours on it than any other game.

Well the way i beat him was with my custom character (jiang wei moveset) with ice orb and when i froze him kept spamming charge 3 and kept freezing. Since you do more damage to frozen enemies so i guess i got lucky

That's good advice dude. I went with Blast Orb thinking it'd be useful for when he's blocking.

You can beat lu bu with gan ning or zhuge on hard mode and here is what i do. 1.Use survival guide only red health it only by luck 2.Tiger amulet 3.Defense 4.get lu bu to the corner and use musou against him For zhuge 1.Orb when the enemy is blocking will take damage 2.Defense You can also do other characters who has far range like fire bird for example.

I found the only way to win a duel against Lu Bu on hard is with Cao Cao and his level 10 weapon. That way you can use the vorpal element regardless of your Musou gauge.

I still can't remember if it was DW3 or DW4 that i started the series with. I know i played 5, returned 6 after the first level (ps2).

My first was DW3XL. I never had the vanilla version until DW5XL was already out. I picked it up just before the next console generation dropped. But DW4 was my favourite of the classics.

@@ChrisGildart I think mine was 2 or 3 on ps2, started in the yellow turban rebellion I think. Me and a friend of mine co-op for like 10 hours a day in the school summer break as 12 yr olds :) we used to just run down one side of the maps each and team for the officers. just picked up 8 Xtreme for my sons Nintendo switch heheh

Huang gai with bomb can defeat anyone with low level easily :)

Huang Gai can beat anyone no matter the level all you have to do is drop 2 bombs and run back its 100% but thats only on dynasty warriors 4 not xtreme legends
