If you equip tortoise amulet then lu bu don't hit you 1/3 of your health with one blow for sure. I think he is still tougher in DW4, he don't react for blows you hit him and put you down with one charge attack.

Well, he hit me that hard BEFORE he was buffed. The Tortoise Amulet I had at the time was like level 11 so once he got buffed he'd have rekt me either way. I think I beat him when playing as Zuo Ci though.
