Wow my favorite is also dw6! Its an uncommon opinion as far as I can tell. I like the combat in it, it flows well. Is that your reason too? As for Dw9 i barely played although i began trying to edit the cutscenes and banter into something of a movie which you can see Chapter 1 of on my channel, but there are minor discrepancies in the storyline of each side for example at what point lu bu recieved his horse from Dong Zhou in chapter 2 (and many more). This contributed to me not wanting to continue that. Well anyways your videos are impressive.

Yeah, I like the combat in DW6. Troops fighting is hard, they can charge attack too. Killing troops is harder than killing officer. The combat system is very unique: Parry/Counterattack, Grapple Attacks, Guard against attacks from all directions, Encircled Battles, Siege Battles. I don't like charge attack system in old DW games, it make game very easy. The bad in DW6 is too many Clone characters. Play in Chaos mode is the only way to enjoy the game. And DW9, I like combat system too, music is very good. The story is almost like in the Romance of the Three Kingdoms historical novel like Lu Bu death scene. Anyway DW9 is a good game for me. The bad is game have too many bugs, AI is not good, they just stay in a location and not attack the castle. Developer is fixed most bugs but not enough.
