This Diaochan is the best! More of Hong Jing in this Diaochan due to not being romantically involved with Lu Bu and is more closer to the protagonist. ❤

Feels like they've worked hard to breath new life into Dynasty Warriors after many had written it off. Gameplay, characters and story all feel fantastic. The future of these games is looking bright once again.

Wang Yun really went the "I maybe dead but that does not mean I do not want grandkids." Jokes aside, I am not surprised Diaochan is the romance for Ziluan. Her character has always been switching a lot between loving Lu Bu or just using Lu Bu based on which version of Romance of the Three Kingdoms. Sometimes staying with Lu Bu or just disappearing after Dong Zhuo's death. Koei loves the version of Diaochan choosing to love Lu Bu for certain but she is also the character more flexable with her position post Dong Zhuo due to how varied her situation tend to be.

Doesn't Explain why she vanished from 8 and 9. That was annoying. We were robbed of Diaochan talking to Lu Lingqui and interacting with her.

@mitchellalexander9162 as I said just disappearing after Dong Zhuo's death. Sometimes the reason is never explained so readers never know what happened to Diaochan. Some versions of Romance of the Three kingdom does have Diaochan stay with Lu Bu despite also Lu Bu having his real wife Lady Yan. Lady Yan and Diaochan are not on friendly terms but Lu Lingqi, though not using this name since this is just the name koei gives her, atleast tolerates Diaochan.

@salapas2 that is why Diaochan is a very flexible character in role. Many version of her exists compared to other Romance of the Three kingdom characters. She is honestly one of a few options for potential romance if they want a romance for a player character due to this.

Haven't played DW in a long time and this is a new approach to their story telling, so questions, is the MC customizable or fixed? Are there Chinese or Japanese voice languages? and how long till the game urnolist complain that this game isn't diverse enough and for the wokies to start harpying on twitter cause the males are handsome and females are beautiful and start demanding that there should be trans people as well cause they don't care about lore. 😂
