@@levonreed2654 Depends who does the port job and what camshaft...the highest 450 we have seen on our dyno from other shops has been 61-62. That particular bike podiumed ama pro flat track for perspective

Bring an 80 hp all motor 450cc by on our dyno and put some money where your mouth is.... Our 70 hp package has been dominating "80+" claimed hp builds in national hill climb, karting, and drag race events.

@@HPRaceDevelopment you would sound like somebody that is an ass and can’t just take a comment. Nothing I said was attacking… I was saying 70hp isn’t that much and anybody can get that with their own set of tools, money to get the cam, port work, cylinder head work… if building this bike for somebody that’s drag racing it as a stand up bike then it might do fine. But seeing a drag dirtbike is more in the 80s to 90s. I know because I build one that made over 90hp without the nitrous. And I will gladly show you my notebook with all the invoices and receipts from when the bike was built and proof of the bike. So you sound butthurt and I did put the money where my mouth is. Because money talks, bullshit walks my guy.

@@HPRaceDevelopment also with an RP pipe, port work will alone make close to that. I even had luck doing it with epoxy before in some of them. A vortex ECU on a dyno, tuned. Made like 60hp with some minor porting and a slip on. And that is just getting started. Here’s my trick: KTM/FC450 - Custom Grind Cam, Del Wes Plus 2 valves, My own hand port which is just as good as a CNC port, Heavy duty studs, (DLC) CP 14:1 piston, Vortex ECU on MRX02, Carrillo rod, REM transmission, Ceramic Ball bearings, Bosch electric water pump, rekluse auto clutch, air shifter tapped in with a fuel tech dash to the injector wire. Upgraded Throttle Body, M2 billet shock, WP forks torn apart to have a dampening rod spacer and stiffer spring rate. Warp 9 tubliss wheels. And now it’s on nitrous. But bike should be making over 100hp now. But just to put into perspective, it cost about $25000 oh and the best part about it, the nitrous kit I got is a MPS and I had the piston custom made by CP to be a gas ported piston. And it’s got a 520 built motors cylinder. Got receipts to prove it… I’d post it here if it let me.

@@alack1153 you clearly have no clue. your bike on my dyno on motor likely wont touch 70. If you ever decide to put money where your keyboard is, the dyno is always ready for you. as stated; 450cc not your junk 520. We build 550cx nitrousb bikes for open class hill climb when rules allow. But not all classes are open to more than 450cc, hence the purpose of the build shown. on my dyno, vortex, rp pipe, and pro6 or mrx02 is good for about 60 it would be a great youtube video
